Individualized plans or private sessions can be a great way to begin your practice with yoga or to deepen an already existing practice. With one-on-one focus, client’s are able to ask detailed questions and have guidance as they adjust their bodies into each asana to gain the maximum benefit. Clients that have physical ailments or barriers can get a designed plan of postures that will help to address each client’s specific needs to heal. The plan can continue to evolve based solely on the transformation happening with each client, eventually building a full asana practice that clients can take into a class or continue to practice on their own at home.
These session or written lessons will include practice with breath work, lifestyle approaches, nutritional ideas, and mindfulness aspects that create a new way of seeing your self and the world around you.
