I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Yoga Teacher that has worked within the wellness and counseling field for over 10 years. I specialize in helping those that don’t know where to start to help themselves. I see many clients that go through their day with symptoms ranging from physical aches, panic, flashbacks, mistrust, to overall self-loathing, but continue to function while wearing themselves out. It may be issues from the past surging in or it may be lacking the right emotional tools to deal with the ups and downs of life’s many transitions. If you are experiencing lethargy or frustration about how you are living your life, I look forward to supporting you as you find your way to living an intentional life you have created for yourself and being un bound by rules set in the past.
My training in Counseling, Movement Therapy, Mindfulness, Applied Kinesiology, Acupressure, and Yoga have shaped the approach I take in my work. My goal in wellness is to address the whole person from the aches and pains of the body, the emotional responses to current and past experiences, to the environment you surround yourself with. I work with Individuals seeking resolution and personal growth.
